Garden — Keshiart ~ great little artworks

My country garden series is inspired by the informal beauty’s of gardens and the changing seasons in the countryside an in particular my own gardens.i am drawn to winding paths, overflowing borders, hidden corners and the glimpses of colour and light that make a garden feel both intimate and alive.

Working mainly in oils, I use expressive brushwork and vibrant colour to capture the atmosphere of these familiar spaces rather than every detail. The paintings celebrate gardens as places that are constantly changing - sometimes abundant and unruly, sometimes quiet and still.
